Welcome to Savage Signature Sports. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of savagesignaturesports.com (the “Site”), operated by Savage Signature Sports LLC (“Savage Signature Sports,” “Savage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), as well as products, content and services made available through the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
Purchases or activities completed through third-party platforms such as eBay, Whatnot or Amazon may also be governed by the terms, policies and procedures of those platforms.
1. ABOUT SAVAGE SIGNATURE SPORTS
Savage Signature Sports is a Seattle-area sports and entertainment hobby company offering collectibles, trading cards, sealed hobby products, live card breaks, branded merchandise and related products, services and content.
Our business may operate through the Savage Signature Sports website as well as third-party marketplaces, live-selling platforms, social media and other sales or promotional channels.
2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS
If account functionality is offered through the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when using the Site or placing an order.
Individuals who have not reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction should use the Site or make purchases only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, cancel orders or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
3. PRODUCTS, COLLECTIBLES & PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe the products offered or displayed through the Site, including sports cards, entertainment collectibles, graded cards, sealed hobby products and merchandise.
Product photographs, colors, packaging and other visual representations may vary due to lighting, display settings, manufacturing changes or other factors.
The condition of collectibles can involve subjective judgment. Customers should review available descriptions and photographs before purchasing.
Professionally graded or authenticated items may include grades, certifications or authentication information supplied by third-party grading or authentication companies. Savage does not independently guarantee the standards, opinions or determinations of those third parties.
Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.
4. ORDERS, PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices, product availability, promotions and offerings may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, inventory or other errors and to cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including when an item is unavailable or information has been displayed incorrectly.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other transaction costs will be displayed or communicated as applicable to the transaction.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted or fulfilled by Savage or the applicable third-party marketplace.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse transactions that we reasonably believe involve fraud, misuse, unauthorized resale activity or other improper conduct.
5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery information applicable to purchases made directly through the Site will be displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated during the transaction.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Savage is not responsible for delays, losses or delivery issues resulting from inaccurate address information supplied by a customer, except where otherwise required by law.
Return and refund eligibility may vary depending on the product and transaction.
Defective, damaged or incorrectly fulfilled orders purchased directly through the Site should be reported promptly to contact@savagesignaturesports.com with relevant order information.
Purchases completed through eBay, Whatnot, Amazon or another third-party platform may also be subject to that platform's applicable shipping, cancellation, return, refund and buyer-protection policies.
6. LIVE BREAKS
Savage Signature Breaks conducts live sports and entertainment card breaks through third-party platforms, including Whatnot.
Live breaks may use different formats, including character, player, team, product or other break structures.
Participation in a live break is subject to the description, format, rules and procedures disclosed for that particular break as well as the applicable terms and policies of the platform hosting the transaction.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable break description before purchasing a spot or participating in a live show.
The contents and results of sealed trading-card products are determined by the applicable manufacturer and are inherently uncertain. Purchasing a break spot does not guarantee that a participant will receive a particular card, player, character, autograph, parallel, insert, monetary value or other specific result unless expressly stated in the applicable listing.
7. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS & SERVICES
The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including Whatnot, eBay, Instagram, Amazon and other marketplaces, platforms or service providers.
Third-party websites and platforms are operated independently from Savage. Your use of those services and transactions completed through them are subject to their respective terms, privacy policies, payment procedures and other rules.
Savage does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, content, policies or independent practices of third-party websites.
The presence of a link or reference to a third party does not by itself imply that Savage controls or is responsible for that third party.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its original content—including Savage Signature Sports and Savage Signature Breaks branding, logos, graphics, photographs, text, designs and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Savage Signature Sports and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, transmit, create derivative works from or commercially exploit Savage-owned content without prior written permission from Savage or the applicable rights holder.
Third-party trademarks, trading-card images, characters, product names, team names, league marks, manufacturer logos and other intellectual property appearing on products or referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.
9. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Site to:
Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
Attempt to interfere with the operation, availability or security of the Site;
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks or data;
Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful technology;
Impersonate another individual or organization;
Scrape, harvest or exploit Site content or data through unauthorized means;
Infringe the intellectual-property, privacy or other rights of Savage or another party; or
Use the Site in any manner prohibited by applicable law.
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
10. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit the Site, contact Savage electronically or complete an online transaction, you are communicating with us electronically.
You consent to receive transaction-related communications electronically where permitted by law.
You agree that agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications delivered electronically may satisfy legal requirements that such communications be in writing where permitted by applicable law.

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

12. SITE AVAILABILITY & CHANGES
We may modify, suspend or discontinue portions of the Site, products, features or services at any time.
We do not guarantee that every product, feature or service will remain continuously available.
We may perform maintenance, updates or other changes that temporarily affect Site availability.
13. DISCLAIMERS
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Savage does not warrant that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from harmful components.
Information on the Site may occasionally contain typographical, technical, pricing or other errors. We reserve the right to correct such errors.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Savage Signature Sports LLC and its members, officers, employees, agents and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of the Site, products or services.
This includes, to the extent permitted by law, damages resulting from loss of data, profits, business opportunities or use.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Savage Signature Sports LLC and its members, officers, employees and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and reasonable costs arising from:
Your unlawful or improper use of the Site;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of applicable law; or
Your violation of the rights of another person or entity.
Savage reserves the right to assume control of the defense of a matter otherwise subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to reasonably cooperate with that defense.
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION
Before initiating a formal dispute, you and Savage are encouraged to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally.
To the extent enforceable under applicable law, unresolved disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Site shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act before a neutral arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association or another arbitration provider mutually agreed upon by the parties.
The arbitrator shall have authority to resolve disputes concerning the interpretation, applicability and enforceability of this arbitration provision to the extent permitted by law.
The arbitrator's award shall be final and may be entered as a judgment in any court having appropriate jurisdiction.
This arbitration provision survives termination of these Terms.
17. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes subject to arbitration shall be brought on an individual basis.
You and Savage agree that claims may not be brought as a plaintiff or class member in a purported class, collective or representative proceeding to the extent such waiver is enforceable under applicable law.
An arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of multiple persons or preside over a representative or class proceeding unless applicable law requires otherwise or the parties expressly agree.
18. INTERNATIONAL USERS
The Site is operated from the United States.
If you access the Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with laws applicable in your location.
Product availability, shipping options and services may vary by country or location.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Savage may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our Site, products, services, sales channels, business practices or applicable requirements.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. GOVERNING LAW
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The arbitration provisions above are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act where applicable.
